Making your own ice blocks is super easy, and helps you avoid the unnecessary additives and excessive sugar found in many store-bought alternatives. These recipes are also dairy-free, so are suitable for anyone with milk allergy or intolerance.
You'll Need:
Mango and Coconut
2 cups frozen mango pieces
2/3 cup coconut milk (full fat)
Kumara and Coconut
2/3 cup baked kumara (sweet potato), without skin
½ cup coconut milk (full fat)
½ tablespoon maple syrup
1½ tablespoons peanut butter (no sugar, low salt)
Method:
Blend ingredients until smooth in a blender.
Pour into iceblock moulds and freeze.
Enjoy!
