Super quick and easy to make, these little cookies are great as a on-the-go snack, or for lunchboxes. This is also a great recipe to get little ones involved in helping out in the kitchen too!
You'll Need:
1 cup rolled oats
1 medium banana
1½ tablespoons nut butter (I used peanut butter)
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Optional add-ins: 2 teaspoons cacao nibs, berries, dark choc chips
Method:
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mash bananas in a large bowl, then add other ingredients and mix to combine well.
Roll tablespoonfuls of mixture into balls, then flatten into cookies on a tray lined with baking paper.
Bake for 15 minutes until firm and slightly golden on top.
Cool and store in airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days.
Makes around 10 small cookies
