Choc Peanut Butter Bliss Balls

One of my favourite flavour combinations in a tasty, portable snack form! A couple of these little bliss balls are great as a treat, or handy to have in your bag as an on-the-go snack.

2 bliss balls on wooden tray with cup of coffee

You'll Need:

100g pitted dates

40g unsalted, dry roasted peanuts*

40g peanut butter (either peanuts only, or peanuts + a little salt)

14g cacao/cocoa powder

2g shredded coconut

1g salt (if using unsalted peanut butter)

Method:

Add all ingredients to a food processor or good blender and blend until combined and mixture starts to stick together.

Transfer to a bowl, then roll small spoonfuls into balls.

Store in an airtight jar or container in the fridge. Can also be frozen (just remember to allow time to thaw before eating!).

* You can do this yourself by roasting in the oven without oil or salt at a low heat, or I've found dry roasted peanuts available to buy as well.

Makes around 12 small balls
